The Shelter Group is currently looking for an experienced Property Manager for a dynamic community in St. Mary?s County, Maryland.  The ideal candidate must have a desire to excel in meeting the company?s financial, business and customer service objectives.  Must have outstanding leadership/organizational skills that will promote teamwork and a positive working relationship with the community and staff.   Responsible for all phases of this 134 unit, tax credit community?s day-to-day operations.

 

Position Requirements:

 Three years Property Management experienceTax Credit experience a must. Certified, a plus  Proven Ability to Market a PropertyStrong Communication SkillsExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skillsLeadership qualities/skillsSuperior supervision skills and drive to motivate staffOrganized and detailed orientedDemonstrated strong problem solving abilitiesYardi Experience is a plus
