Property Manager for Luxury NYC building

Real estate management company seeks an experienced property manager for a large luxury rental building.. The
successful candidate must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the NYC rental management field. The candidate must have complete knowledge of NYC and DHCR rent regulations.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Management of Local 32 B/J janitorial and handyman staff
Manage and oversee the maintenance of all building systems
Rent collections
Coordination with the legal department regarding landlord tenant matters
Supervise and administer all  new and renewal leases
Perform public area building inspections and prepare reports
Perform apartment inspections and prepare reports
Prepare work orders
Maintain perpetual inventory of supplies
Manage the preparation of vacant apartments for rental
Coordinate with all levels of governmental agencies
Budget preparation and monitoring
Communication with tenant base and resolution of tenant issues
