A large regional fully integrated property management and development organization is seeking a Property Services Manager. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, direct contact with tenants, on call response as needed, negotiation and contract enforcement, coordinating and managing services and staff for the buildings including renovation, periodic site inspection, preparing budgets as needed for planning and improvement purposes and ensuring compliance with insurances.

Qualifications :
RPA and/or BOMA designations are a plus. 5+ years experience in property management is necessary. Computer skills required are Excel, Word and Outlook. Candidate should be very organized, team player, ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and have excellent people skills. Company will provide a vehicle due to possible travel to various properties.
