Property Specialist

Responsibilites: Support of four Relocation Counselors. Duties include, but not limited to:
Analyze appraisals (in accordance w/level I process) inspections, and homeowners disclosure statement. Communicate title deficiencies to Relocation Manager. List properties, place referrals, collect referral fees. Review broker market analysis, assist in developing marketing strategy & manage broker to achieve AV sale. Make decisions on repairs & improvements. Negotiate and receive offers on properties. Follow up on inspection issues with broker, attorney and vendor. Review and sign contract and escrow agreements. Conduct property inspections as needed. Proactive communication with relocation manager. Manage inventory properties to achieve lowest DHSC. Maintain Data Integrity. Provide property related reports to clients as needed. Establishing list price, signing referral agreements and monitoring referral collection.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows environment
2+ years real estate sales, appraisal or related industry experience
Preferred:
College degree in Business, Real Estate or related degree
Real Estate sales license and/or appraisal designation
2 years + related industry experience
2+ years as a licensed real estate agent with additional experience in appraisal or mortgage banking.


This position will be located in Tempe, AZ, on-site with Honeywell client.
