QC - Specialist
Downtown Mortgage Company seeks a highly dedicated individual to work as an Internal Auditor/QC-Specialist for the accounting department. Main responsibilities include but not limited to reviewing and analyzing loan documents and procedural manuscripts. The individual will work closely with the Controller to maintain complete document database and upgrading information and systems as necessary.
The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator, be able to perform various tasks, detailed orientated, and a team player. An ability to perform well with little or no direction is a must. Mortgage or Financial background is preferred but not required.
Input file-data in QC database Submit Audit report to managersPrepare branch activity correspondence Prepare documents for filing and storage Professional communicationProficient with excel and other standard database programMust have some mortgage knowledge and/or experience
