QUADRANT HOMES--Assistant Superintendent

Assistant Superintendent will participate in educational training and seminars in order to meet the objectives of the job description.

 



 
High School or equivalent education;
Prior residential construction experience a plus, but not required;
Ability to follow through with tasks; proactive attitude; strong organizational skills; and excellent interpersonal skills.
Committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment;
Valid WA driver’s license required. Vehicle must be in good working order and insured for business use. 
Candidates must have operational vehicle.  Due to safety policies and requirements, motorcycles are not considered acceptable vehicle.
