We are currently seeking a talented individual to fulfill the position of Quality Control Analyst II in our Cherry Hill, NJ office. This position performs a review of selected loan files for compliance with Company Policy, as well as Federal and State Regulations. Analysis of the file also includes identification and investigation to determine the validity of the documentation, as well as business practices within the individual files. Upon completion of the review of each file, the Analyst will prepare a concise, detailed written report on the findings in an effort to alert management to quality issues within the company.  The ideal candidate will hold the following qualifications (minimally):

 

?  Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience required

?  3-5 years of Quality Control analysis experience in the mortgage industry.

?  Mortgage Banking experience with an emphasis on underwriting (FNMA, FHLMC, VA, FHA, and Non-Prime) required.

?  High level of professionalism with good verbal and written communication skills.
