Essential Job Function: Ensures that LandSafe National Default employees are following internal and external guidelines/procedures to efficiently meet client expectations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Performs detailed audits on a minimum of 80% of all of Title Reports and Insured Products issued by the National Default team.
- Provides written reports to supervisors of error ratios for each employee.
- Evaluates and develops improved techniques for the quality and reliability of audits.
- Marks title reports and other products for needed corrections and returns to typing.
- Alerts Title Examiners and Typists of missed or incorrect information.
- Rates the quality of reports based on number of errors, accuracy and completeness.
- Maintains daily and weekly reports for each person's work.
