JOB HIGHLIGHTS

 

Supports achievement of established loan goals by generating, underwriting and closing multifamily and non-residential real estate mortgage loans. Performs other duties as assigned. IP Loan Officer works in team with another Loan Officer to generate applications and underwrite.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONSTwo to five years experience as income property loan officer/underwriterStrong analytical skills, able to analyze complex income tax returns and legal loan documents with thorough knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations governing income property loan origination.Two to three years strong Business Development focus in acquiring and targeting the income property marketExperience and/or demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
