REAL ESTATE/CORPORATE PARALEGAL

SCI Real Estate Investments, LLC, a West Los Angeles based real estate company specializing in tenant-in-common products, has an immediate opening for an experienced paralegal with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

 

Responsibilities include providing our General Counsel direct support and collecting, organizing, and reviewing a variety of legal documents.  Candidates must be exceptionally detail-oriented and possess superb organization, communication, multi-tasking and proofreading skills.  Experience in commercial real estate transactions is required, as is a Bachelor?s degree and/or a paralegal certificate.  The position requires a quick learner with a positive attitude and a willingness to dive into a fast-paced, energetic and collegial department that handles all the needs of a $1 billion company.

 

Securities experience, as well as familiarity with the tenant-in-common industry and/or Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code is a plus.
