AIMCO is seeking a RESIDENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST for its luxury property in Los Angeles, CA. Duties include delivering excellent customer service by addressing resident related issues, answering phones, greeting current and prospective residents and their guests, coordinate resident and employee functions, assist with process of lease renewals, resident move outs, turnover and reservations of the hospitality suites, and assist the leasing and office staff.



Qualifications

2+ years customer service experience. Property Management industry preferred.
Must possess a professional and courteous attitude.
Must be available to work weekends.
High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Property Management software a +.
Able to work in a fast paced environment and deal with demanding clientele.
