RESIDENTIAL LOAN PROCESSOR
Approved Funding, a leading Mortgage Banker and direct lender since
1987, is looking for a full time RESIDENTIAL LOAN PROCESSOR for its
River Edge, NJ office. Candidate must have a minimum 2 years experience
as a Residential Mortgage Processor and should have excellent
communication skills, is detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task
and must be highly organized. We offer a competitive salary and an
extremely friendly 'team oriented' work environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Review all mortgage applications and documentation for
accuracy and completeness.
* Work with compliance officers to ensure Federal, State,
and local compliance of all mortgage and loan materials.
* Approve or deny mortgages on a timely basis to
Underwriting for final approval.
* Ensure the quality and accuracy of each loan.
* Work with LO's and Manager in a friendly office
environment.
