Real Estate Agent/sales person to find investments for real estate investment company
Job Purpose:
Search out and find properties that are in the process of being foreclosed on and/or pre-foreclosure investments for a large investment company that strives to assists people in financial distress and at risk of losing their home.
Duties:
*Finding our company properties that are in the process of being foreclosed on and/or pre-foreclosure investments by, Developing a rapport with prospective clients in foreclosure by reaching out and contacting the potential pre- foreclosure sellers; and showing them there is another way than losing every thing and we do care and showing them our company can meet their needs, closing the deal.
* Then List the properties and coordinate with us to set a selling price; find a buyer, close a contract.
* Closes sales by understanding our company's needs & requirements; matching requirements to pre-foreclosure leads; showing properties; demonstrating benefits; relaying offers; suggesting alterations; writing contracts.
* Increase job knowledge by studying listings; visiting properties; studying about foreclosures; maintaining personal networks; participating in our special telephone conference with our head CEO once a month to up date knowledge.
Skills/Qualifications:
Highly skilled Real Estate Agent with an understanding of the forclosure market, exceptional familiarity the surrounding areas, Learning to be understanding with pre-foreclosure Customers, Pre-foreclosure Prospecting, People Skills, not hesitant to door knock, honesty, Problem Solving, Motivation for Sales, Legal Compliance, Independence, Professionalism, Meeting set Goals, Negotiation skills,compassionate, helpful, reliable, and any experence dealing with mortagage companies on any level, on time and a person of their word.
Bilingual (Spanish) not a requirement however very helpful, familiarity and networking with other agents in the area helpful but not a requirement,
