Real Estate Asset Manager/Coordinator/Administration

You can expect to be trained and to learn multiple skills and tasks associated with Asset Management & Marketing of Real Estate and the coordination of these activities, including:

 

?  Pre & Post Foreclosure Processing or coordination with the Court Receiver or other owning Government or Private Agency

?  Loss Mitigation of Default Loans

? Take Possession & Control by either Unlawful Detainer action or continuing a tenancy relationship and determine if Cash for Keys or similar voluntary vacancy arrangement can be negotiated with an occupant

? Track and coordinate evictions and occupancy status

? Coordinate the securing of properties and initiating property preservations, remediation & maintenance services.

? Determine if properties are located in homeowners' associations & obtaining status of association?s dues & assessments and coordinating with those associations.

? Obtain updated title reports and coordinate clearing of Liens & Clouds on Title.

? Input to and maintain an Internet-based management reporting system to allow

Investors/Receivers/Beneficiaries to instantly view real-time information & images

? Maintain ongoing communication with Investors/Receivers/Beneficiaries regarding the status of their Real Property assets.

? Obtain Property Valuations including Broker Price Opinions (BPO), appraisals, condition reports and contractor repair bids

? Communicate with our nationwide network of real estate agents, contractors, closing attorneys and escrow & title agencies

? Run periodic status and inventory reports

? Coordinate and communicate offer summaries and negotiations to our principals

? Initiate escrow and title services for timely property settlements

? Prepare Marketing Strategies

? Provide closing coordination and follow-up on all sales proceeds & collections

 

Applicants with Paralegal or Accounting & Finance backgrounds or Degrees are preferred.  Actual Asset Management or Real Estate experience is desirable but not required.  You must have: excellent Administrative Writing Ability, Verbal Communication, Process Comprehension, Organization, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving and Presentation, Information Analysis, and Decision Making skills.  Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
