Description As a member and leader of our talented and innovative Real EstateConstruction team, theStaff willwork with the engagement team members on the technical, business, and personnel aspects of multiple advisory projects and assist in leading sales efforts within client engagements. The successful candidate will apply project management techniques and individual technical and/or business knowledge to ensure the high quality of work products and project deliverables. Responsibilities

Job responsibilities will include project management oversight for construction (including the monitoring of costs, schedules, etc.); process improvement analysis; construction cost audits; and property cost segregation. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex real estate concepts. Collaborate to create a plan for determining strategies and accomplishing objectives. Participate in the advisory engagement and communicate complex real estate issues to the team and the client. Stay informed of technical issues and E&Y policies.

Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and prioritize. Manage expectations of service. Successfully manage to the budget. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments.

Qualifications

To qualify, candidates must have:

* a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
* a minimum of 1 year of related audit, business or financial experience
*

CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CMA, RICS APC, PMP or CCIM certification desired; non-certified hires are required to become certified to be eligible for promotion to Manager
* strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
* demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
* proficiency with MS Office and Lotus Notes
Successful candidates must be available to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. Second language skills and international business experience are preferred.
