Design/Build/Property Management

Learn the lay of the land. This team is about finding great locations, then creating and maintaining our buildings. You'll also create guest-pleasing in-store plans.


Purpose:

Maintains all data base systems and files for Real Estate - Existing Stores.

Assembling real estate files under the direction of the Real Estate Analyst
Scanning legal documents using Open Image
Assisting in the administration of Open Image
Assembling and distributing new store packages on a timely basis for each new store opening cycle
Monitoring open reminder notices using Property Management Accounting System and retrieving time-sensitive reminders to be distributed in a timely basis
Maintaining all data base systems, i.e. Access, Open Image, SLIM, and updates various reports
Working with the Real Estate Analyst to facilitate the land acquisition and disposition closing process through the application of company policy
Acting as a research resource for existing store problems under the direction of Real Estate Negotiator
Filing legal documents and correspondence
Conducting physical legal file inventory and follows up on missing files
Maintaining computerized inventory in databases
Coordinating photocopying requests and photocopying large site plans using plan copier
Drafting estoppel documents for review by the Real Estate Analyst
Performing other administrative duties and functions as required, i.e. checking requests, notarizing documents, preparing closing approval route sheets, preparing outgoing interoffice, certified or express mail, arranging delivery services, and acting as internal messenger for Existing Stores

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements:
4 year college degree
1 - 3 years experience in an administrative role
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
PC skills, Microsoft products
Interpersonal skills & team player
Verbal & written communication skills

Desired Requirements:
Real Estate experience with title company, corporate real estate or law firm
