Vesting/Pre-Close Coordinator ? WESTLAKE, TEXAS

 

 

Purpose of Position:

 

To ensure titles are clear prior to closing.

 

Position Description/Requirements:

 
Call taxing authorities to obtain payoffs and/or ensure taxes are paid
Identify gaps in information to complete the file
Identify liens on title and ensure that they are addressed/resolved
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including those of our client
Meet all productivity standards as outlined by management
Present a ?can do? attitude on every interaction with clients and co-workers
Demonstrate respect for all clients and co-workers
Be flexible enough to deviate from the norm when the situation warrants, keeping the welfare of the client and out business at the forefront of the decision
Demonstrate excellent organization, documentation and follow through skills

Ability to organize, plan effectively and follow through on commitments to our clients and their borrowers

Knowledge of systems and workflow management

Good knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Title/Escrow terminology and Title products
Minimum one year lending or title industry employment or related experience
