Real Estate Executive $80,000/yr + bonus

Schultz Financial Group Incorporated is a fee-only integrative personal financial planning company located in Reno, Nevada.  We are looking to hire an exceptional team member immediately who has expertise in the following areas of commercial real estate (retail/office/industrial):

?  Acquisition, due diligence and feasibility

?  Negotiating land entitlements

?  Development and construction management

?  Contract negotiations and administration

?  Lease negotiations

?  Financing ? A&D/construction/permanent

?  Financial analysis

?  Knowledge of residential construction a plus

 

Projects range in size from 40,000 to 150,000 s.q. GLA ($3 to $40 million FMV). This position entails working as an owner?s representative and requires one to be skillful at dealing with contractors, architects, engineers, municipalities, tenants, attorneys and high net worth clients.  This position also requires an individual with extensive computer skills who is as comfortable reading a set of construction plans as she/he is using a computer and writing a professional letter to a client.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree; MBA or JD preferred

10+ years working in the real estate/construction industry

Intermediate+ level computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and scanning systems.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to read construction plans accurately.
