Real Estate Officer - Trust Division

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Real Estate Officer within our Trust Division. In this role and under the supervision of the Senior Real Estate Officer, the Real Estate Officer will handle all aspects of managing a portfolio of diverse real estate assets, including residential, commercial, vacant land and mortgages. Specific responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following: •Manage the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets in trust accounts. •Perform comprehensive yearly reviews of all assigned real estate assets in accordance with Regulation 9 of the controller of the Currency •Manage maintenance and capital improvements of any assigned assets as needed •Procure title report on all new assets and insure correct transfer of title •Procure inspections and appraisals as needed. •Assist in the administrative process of the Real Estate section, particularly in the area of occasional bill paying, tax payment, violations, and resolution of title issues. •Perform Special Investment Review Committee compliance and special projects. •Reporting on assets •Managing all aspects after execution of trust/estate. •Interacts with clients, cotrustees, lawyers, brokers, beneficiaries Please contact
