The hiring organization is a well-established real estate brokerage company

that specializes in the listing and selling of multi-family apartment buildings. We focus on apartment buildings of between 2 and 200 units. Our territory is all of North Carolina, with a primary focus on the Raleigh-Durham

market,  where we are the recognized industry leader.

 

Our unique marketing system has been worked and refined for 25 years, and now brings an ever-increasing number of sellers to us to list and sell multifamily properties. This large number of listed apartment properties allows us to constantly increase our database of investors to buy those listed properties.



Job Description

 

The selected candidate will work with existing investors to sell the listed apartment properties. They will also be constantly working to increase the numbers of buyers and sellers for us to work with.  This will allow you to learn our increasingly successful marketing and sales system.

 

We work Monday through Friday, but this is not a 9 to 5 job. Our most successful associates work more than 40 hrs/wk for at least the first 18 months in order to shorten the learning curve and increase both their credibility in the marketplace and their earnings.
