Real Estate Research Analyst

Job Description:     Define trade areas and import demographics utilizing a GIS system (Geographic Information System), Tactician for new locations.

 
Project sales volume for new locations (all divisions) utilizing the analog method.

 
Create and run the PowerPoint presentations for all Executive Real Estate Committee meetings.

 
Create and maintain Access databases.

 
Perform financial analysis for new store locations (all divisions).

 
Perform financial analysis of existing store locations (all divisions) to be used in the decision making process for relocations and lease option renewals.

 
Calculate knock-off projections to surrounding ?R? Us stores for all new locations.

 
Calculate knock-on projections to surrounding ?R? Us stores for any potential closings.

 
Coordinate and delegate outside department requests with other staff.

 

 

Requirements:

 
Knowledge of GIS mapping software.

 
Proficient in Microsoft Access (ability to run queries and create tables and reports).

 
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

 
Possess a Bachelor?s degree or minimum of 5 years experience.
