Real Estate Settlement Office and Sales Manager

Main Street Title & Escrow, L.L.C is a title agent and real estate settlement company with 8 offices in the state of Virginia. We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented and customer service minded leader to manage our Charlottesville office.

 

Job Purpose:

Manages the sales, processing and closing of real estate settlements by developing relationships with clients, managing the closing process, disbursing funds and managing office personnel.



Duties:

* Attracts clients by contacting prospects; following-up on leads; explaining services.



* Manages office personnel. Has hiring and performance management responsibility.

 

* Makes underwriting decisions for title insurance and closings.

* Conducts in-office and travel closings.


* Closes escrow account by disbursing funds.



* Complies with regulatory requirements by adhering, and enforcing adherence, to requirements.



* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.



* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
