Scope:  The Realtor Relations Coordinator?s main responsibility is to generate Realtor interest and participation in our Fieldstone communities and increase Realtor sales.

 

Duties: Work with Sales and Marketing departments to generate Realtor traffic to our Fieldstone communitiesCoordinate and attend designated Realtor functions as neededCoordinate New Realtor OrientationsDistribute invitations to area Realtors for community Grand OpeningsCoordinate Realtor contestsCoordinate Realtor award functionsMaintain MLSTrack Realtor bonusesTrack Realtor participationOther duties as required

 

Qualities/Skills:Exceptional communication and business writing skillsStrong interpersonal, analytic, and organizational skillsMust be detail-oriented and able to manage several projects simultaneouslyExcellent customer service skillsAbility to establish rapport and build relationships quicklyWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer

 

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentCalifornia Real Estate or Broker?s license preferred (active or inactive)Valid driver?s license and clean driving record
