Arian & Associates, a dynamic and growing Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage firm is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative in Clearwater/Florida. The Receptionist/Customer Service Representative will handle all incoming calls and perform a variety of administrational tasks. The candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the willingness to learn our fast-paced and exciting business:

- handle all incoming calls and respond to general inquiries

- respond to web-site inquiries

- assist in turning inquiries/leads into business for Mortgage and Real Estate division using phone scrips

- order and follow up on appraisals, title commitments, inspections and insurance coverages

- assist in processing loans and coordinating Real Estate transactions.

The ideal candidate :

- has strong verbal and written communication skills

- Telemarketing background

- is bi-lingual (Spanish/English)

- has experience in Mortgage or Real Estate industry

- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Calyx) and internet savvy
