Receptionst/Secretary

South Miami based Real Estate Agent Office, currently has an opening for its office located in Sunset Drive, but will be moving to the Coral Gables area.

 

Receptionist/Secretary need- minimum 1 year experience, must be bilingual and salary based on experience. 

 

Job Purpose:

 

Services visitors by greeting, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunication system.

 

Duites:

 

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

 

Input information on MLS (Multiple Listing Services), making appointments for listing with associate Realtors, maintaining log book with appointments.

 

Must be a 'people' person, customer service oriented and professional able to multi- task, as well as a team player.

 

Requirements- Knowledge of MLS is desired, but not required and Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Light Cumputer Skill, Listening, Professionalism, Organization, Handles Pressure.
