Regional Account Manager

National New Homes Sales and Marketing Company is seeking a qualified, experienced Regional Account Manager for the San Diego area.  The ideal candidate is experienced in high-volume sales and marketing of new homes.

 

The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and facilitating communications between the company and clients.

 

Responsibilities include:Evaluate new sites for client acquisition;Develop initial price and product recommendations;Know current market trends;Assist in product development;Refine new project/product designs;Provide articles of relevance;Research and market overviews and product positioning;Counsel and coordinate Legal Compliance process for new projects;Complete pricing matrices;Create marketing plans and budgets for new projects; andMonitor sales, closings and spending for all assigned projects. 

Qualifications:Prior marketing and management experience in New Home Sales and Marketing organization;Valid CA Real Estate License;Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing;Proven track record of managing multiple projects and client base; and,Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing company.
