McKinley, a national leader in real estate and property management, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Commercial Property Manager to join our team at our coprorate office in downtown Ann Arbor, MI.

As the Regional Commercial Property Manager, responsibilities include management and oversight of a select group of commercial properties, which include (primarily) retail centers and premier office buildings. Supervising administrative and maintenance staff, this positions requires a seasoned leader with a skill for translating vision and mission into daily operational practice. 

The successful candidate will possess: (1) Exceptional leadership skills, with extensive supervisory experience and the proven ability to drive results and meet objectives. (2) The ability to deliver exceptional customer service. (3) An ability to maintain drive and focus on the "big picture", while being detail oriented.
