Regional Compliance Auditor

We are currently looking for a Regional Compliance Auditor to join our Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA office.  The individual selected will be responsible for auditing the program files at properties throughout the region, outlining the corrective actions to take, and following up with sites to ensure the files are in compliance.  Will be accountable for the coordination and completion of all government, regulatory, and compliance documents for all business units in the organization.  Specifically, the Regional Compliance Auditor will:Audit bond files ensuring compliance with state, federal and loan regulations Report corrective actions to the property to ensure the files are in compliance Assist properties with MOR visits Assist with reporting requirements, this can include monthly, quarterly and annual reporting Monitor set aside requirements to ensure the properties have the number of required units designated to the program Provide technical assistance to site staff

Requirements:Bachelor?s Degree in a related area 2-4 years of experience in the field, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) experience or in a related area.
