Regional Franchise Sales Director


The Job -

The Franchise Sales Director will be responsible for growing our franchise base by managing the sales process from initial contact with the prospect through to new franchise opening. Meet with qualified real estate professionals to create demand for a Help-U-Sell ? franchise. Develop effective marketing plans and follow-up campaigns for assigned geographic regions to include direct and internet marketing to the real estate broker/agent community. Present live and web-based informational seminars. Qualify and close prospects.

As Regional Franchise Sales Director you will also be responsible for the following:Communicate our value proposition to real estate entrepreneurs and ultimately execute a transaction.Conduct high energy Help-U-Sell ? Informational Seminar presentations to attract qualified prospects.Strong ability to move the franchise sales process along from initial contact through signed agreements.Consult with prospective franchisees and guide them through our proprietary systems, tools and differentiating business model.Effectively managing a multi-state territory.  Willing to travel 75% of the time.Participate in all projects and conferences as assigned.

Qualifications ?Experience with franchise sales and/or extensive sales background.Excel at building immediate rapport with new prospects and existing franchisees.Strong understanding of the sales cycle and high ambition to become our top performer.Sales skills and the ability to close the transaction are essential.Self-disciplined and pro-active with the ability to work independently and make decisions.Able to effectively prioritize activities with a high level of detail and follow-up.Outstanding presentation, communication and leadership skills.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
