Willmark Communities, a strong and growing real estate property management company, is searching for a highly motivated individual to oversee the properties located in southwest region. The ideal candidate will provide luxury living for our residents while providing an excellent work environment for our employees.

 

Tasks and obligations will include: insuring high occupancy levels, training managers, applying appropriate marketing resources, and understanding market conditions. The ideal candidate must have experienced in all facets of residential property management, such as budgets, leases, property reports, evictions, and personal management. The appropriate candidate will insure properties represent luxury living and compliant with all state and federal regulations. The regional manager will establish strong team of managers that will provide higher quality of living for their communities.

 

Requirements and duties of this position may include but not be limited to:

 

1. Practical knowledge of Luxury Apartment Rentals

2. Strong Communication Skills

3. Exceptional organization skills

4. Ability to supervise and train others  

5. Ability to multi task

6. Excellent customer service skills

7. Ability to oversee property improvement projects

8. Scheduling managers

9. Commuting to the site by car and overnight travel on occasion
