Regional Project Coordinator
National New Homes Sales and Marketing Company is seeking a qualified Regional Project Coordinator for the Phoenix, AZ area of its Southwest Division.
The Regional Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in monitoring the overall success of new home communities in Phoenix.
Responsibilities include:Assist in the design and tracking of all advertising and marketing materials (executed by others).Assist in the coordination of the initial set-up and opening of all new Sales Offices and assist with the disassembling of offices, as needed.Provide guidance to ensure sales centers are functional, in terms of their design, computer systems, equipment placement, ordering, pricing, set up, etc.Maintain open communication with other members of home office including marketing and sales as well as on-site teams to ensure the accurate, timely flow of information.Develop and maintain a thorough market awareness and understanding for each community. Coordinate with research to provide comparable reports.Assist in the development of the marketing plan, outlining target markets, mission, positioning, strategy, sales office operations, budget and timeline for entire project (as decided by others).Assist in the assessment and revision of all collateral and sales materials for compliance with the greater marketing strategy.Assist in the coordination of public relations to ensure project releases are sent out.Assist in the coordination of broker and promotional events, invitations, gifts, etc.Assist in obtaining proposals and facilitate the contract of services including ad agencies, PR firms, interior designers, model makers and other suppliers.
Qualifications:Prior marketing/research experience within New Homes Sales and Marketing industry preferred;Bachelor?s degree required; emphasis in Marketing and/or Real Estate recommended;Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing;Valid Nevada real estate license recommended.
