Regional Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing up to 60 sales associates.

Job Description:

- This position will be responsible for recruiting and hiring experienced agents
- Manage the agent portal to maximize lead conversion
- Responsible for driving all sales production for agents assigned to them
- Reviews all sales contracts for accuracy and compliance with the real estate commission.
- Train, coach, and mentor agents
- Lead sales meetings
- Responsible for retention of staff
- Report to and work with VP/GM to meet overall regional sales goals.

Background Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of direct management experience
- 4 year degree is a plus
- Direct experience managing sales agents
- Licensed broker
- Local to the area with a substantial network established
- Strong business acumen
- Must have experience coaching agents to meet their goals
- Some experience recruiting is required
