Relocation Associate

SUMMERY OF JOB: International Associate located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Assist International Assignment Managers with the administration of clients relocation program.

Provides administrative support to International relocation counselors. Coordinates internal and external communication, and may assist in relocation activities such as ordering relocation services, preparing initiation packages and other transferee correspondence, preparing reports and maintaining files as needed.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Requirements:


EDUCATION:
Minimum:
High School diploma or GED required.


Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment
Preferred:
Bachelors degree

EXPERIENCE:
1+ years customer service experience
Prior secretarial or administrative assistant experience
