Relocation Consultant

This position requires prior experience in relocating corporate employees.  The Relocation Consultant would administer employee relocation benefits (including marketing and sale of residential real estate properties), conduct home searches, manage expenses and arrange mortgages, movement of household goods and temporary housing. Our candidate would provide ongoing assistance to the relocating employee based on client policies and maintain a database of realtors, lenders, temporary living properties, and transportation options.



Desirable requirements: Bachelors degree and four plus years in employee relocation. Knowledge of selling/buying homes and the home loan process, real estate or title experience a plus.
