Relocation Counselor - St. Louis
Job Description: Position Summary : Single point of accountability for the day to day interactions with relocation transferees, including program management, policy administration, home sale, home finding, expense tracking, coordinating temporary living, household goods, and mortgage, etc. resulting in client/transferee satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 70(%) Manage the entire relocation for each transferee being their single point of accountability and their advocate. This position is 100% responsible for every aspect of the transaction for the corporate transferee. This includes tasks surrounding homesale, homefinding, household goods, equity advances, mortgage services and other required services. This is measured by quality service surveys which is targeted to average 4.3 out of a 5.0 scale.
2. 10(%) Educate Client HR contacts on minor relocation issues as related to transferring family, communicate with them regarding exception management specific to transferee, including recommendations on specific exceptions to policy; provide them transferee status updates, keeping them abreast of issues and solutions, and projects and reports as requested.
3. 10(%) Coordinate with all internal departments/functions to ensure successful transferee experience.
4. 10(%) Consistently provide direction and feedback to Relocation Associates in the areas of work direction, development, training and performance evaluation -

Qualifications:
High school diploma Undergraduate degree in related field desired
Real Estate or Relocation Experience
Strong customer service background
Working knowledge of various software packages
Manage multiple tasks
Effective problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Strong analytical skills Strong computer skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
Ability to concentrate on detail while being interrupted and ability to work under stress
