Relocation Title& Closing Specialist

Stewart Relocation Services, a division of Stewart Title Guaranty Company, is looking for Relocation Title and Closing Specialists with the following qualificationsTitle, closing, escrow and/or relocation experience Real estate, mortgage lending and/or paralegal experience Customer service experience Experience preparing conveyance documents General knowledge of real estate customs and practices nationwide Excellent organization, written/verbal communication and customer relations skills Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines Proactive, detail oriented with ability to multi-task Positive attitude and quality minded Eagerness and ability to learn and develop

Job responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: 

? Set up and coordinate relocation tranactions with local  agents

? Act as liaison between relocation customer and local agents

? Track and obtain title commitments

?  Review commitments for curative matters and facilitate title clearance

?Prepare conveyance documents

?Order payoffs, verify taxes and homeowner?s association dues

?Review purchase agreements, prepare seller?s equity statements and disburse funds

?Review and approve HUD-1 closing statements for accuracy and compliance with closing instructions
