Rental Department Manager

Candidate will be responsible for rental management of privately owned condominiums and townhouse. responsible for every aspect of property management including marketing, leasing, tenant communications & owner communication. Must be self motivated and have excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to simultaneously manage a portfolio if individually owned properties throughout the Tampa area. The candidate will take over an existing portfolio, but will be expected to significantly expand the company's service to invester-owners.

 

Candidate will be expected to develop and maintain Internet, print, and face-to-face marketing plans aimed at investors and tenants. the candidate must also be able to work with a variety of in-house and third-party vendors, contractors and condo association managers. Must have good computer skills and be able to learn and use our rental management software. The individual will be responsible for administrating and maintaining lease and owner records, so organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.

 

 

This is primarily a property manager position, however there is the opportunity to handle some sales as investor/client sell their properties. The position is salaried, with the opportunity for some commission. Mileage, cell phone and half of board dues are reimbursed. Must be willing to flexible hours with some evenings & weekends. Real estate license is required, some college is preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years property management experience is required.
