Loan Closing Specialist ? College Station, TX
We are looking for ambitious, career-minded individuals to fill a Loan Closing Specialist position in our Denton loan center.
Responsibilities include:
? Reviewing and auditing loan applications for completeness and being responsible for maintenance of loan files in compliance with governmental regulations and World Savings policy
? Ordering title, appraisal, and flood determination as needed
? Following up on borrower documents and entering the information on World?s computer system
? Assisting the Loan Representatives and reviewing status of loan files with the Underwriter and determining if files are ready for final commitment.
Candidate requirements:
? Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
? Must be detail oriented and well organized.
? Knowledge of loan processing and real estate principles is desired.
