World is seeking a highly motivated individual interested in a career in residential lending.  The successful candidate will originate loans by making sales calls and presentations to a variety of groups, packaging initial loan documents, taking loan applications, conducting necessary follow up, and providing world class service to our clients.

 

The ideal candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be customer service oriented and have at least one year of sales experience. Must also be detail oriented, able to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, complete reports, and have experience using Microsoft Office.  Previous mortgage industry or real estate experience preferred.
