Residential Title Examiner Needed

Epic Title is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Title Examiner to take the lead at our new office in Minnesota.  Qualified candidates will need 2 or more years? experience in title examination.  Attorneys welcome!


Responsibilities include:
? Read and thoroughly understand title policies
? Examine recorded documents
? Write title commitments and prelims
? Identify discrepancies and areas of concern and resolve problems
? Assist with escrow and closing duties as needed
? File unrecorded documents
? Possess superior written and verbal communication and time management skills
? Ability to operate a personal computer and basic Microsoft Office programs
? Ability to effectively work with the Orbit System and SoftPro Closing Software
? Handle up to 10 new orders per day
