Position Description:

This position is for a new branch, opening in Charleston. Other cities in your area MAY be considered.

Branch Manager For Home123 ? Prime

Home123 ? Prime, a subsidiary of New Century Financial Corporation, is currently looking for a successful retail branch manager, who meets the following requirements:
?3 to 5 years experience in a retail mortgage banker environment,
?Consistent funding of 10 to 15 transactions per month,
?Extensive mortgage product knowledge (conventional, FHA, VA, non-conforming and sub-prime),
?Ability to hire, train, motivate and terminate office staff, when necessary
?A strong base of business, including Realtors, builders and personal referrals,
?Exceptional sales and persuasion skills,
?Qualified candidates should be able to bring 2 loan originators with them, upon joining company,
?Strong communication skills,
?Detailed oriented, with the ability to prepare and interpret required reports,
?Must be able to provide a proven track record of success in managing a Retail Mortgage Banking office.
