We are currently seeking Senior Project Managers to join our Project and Development Services Group located in Miami. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS - Miami, FL

Responsibilities:
Project management and owner's representative responsibilities primarily in the healthcare field
Manage large projects of various types for corporate clients
Oversee projects from design through completion of construction
Project organization, project team engagement, project budgeting and scheduling
Interface with architects, construction phase management; client staff and vendors

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or construction management
Minimum of 5+ years experience working on large commercial development projects
Experience working in the stadium and/or arena atmosphere a plus
High level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
