SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Inland Southeast Property Management Corp. located in Winter Park, Florida, seeks a professional Senior Commercial Property Manager to direct, supervise and instruct Retail Property Managers and support staff. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Property Management and will be responsible for supervising the maintenance of a portfolio of Shopping Centers including Capital Improvements and Contracted Services. Responsibilities also include property inspections and review of management reports, Lease and Operating Budget Administration, Tenant Relations and Lease Renewals. Detail oriented you will supervise Receivables and Payables and Procedure Compliance for a group of Property Managers.

Qualified candidate will possess:
Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Property Management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft applications
College Degree and Industry Accreditation preferred
