SR. APPLICATION DEVELOPER (OOP, MORTGAGE)

Comforce Technical Services is seeking an Application Developer with experience in a Mortgage Origination environment and a background in Object Oriented Programming. Mortgage is a MUST for this role.  This is an excellent opportunity with a very large, highly successful Mortgage firm.  The Person:

? Experience in either:
the Netoxygen or Millennium software packages provide by Gallagher Financial Systems; or
the Mortgage industry in an IT developer or systems analyst role is desirable, but not a must
? Strong problem solving skills.
? A demonstrated ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
? A demonstrated attention to detail.
? An awareness of configuration management and application deployment processes. The Mandatory skills:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
Mandatory Experience
Strong experience with Object Oriented Programming and Mortgage Origination
? 3-5 years development experience in Microsoft SQL or other SQL based languages (eg Oracle / Sybase)
? 3-5 years development experience in Visual Basic, VB.Net or VB Script Advantageous Experience
? 2-4 years experience in an IT developer or systems analyst role within the Mortgage industry
? Experience with the Netoxygen or Millennium software packages provided by Gallagher Financial Systems is a plus
? Experience in Java Scripting, WebLogic, SOAP, XML
? Experience in Crystal reports
? Experience working with Vendor supplied software application packages which provide their own toolsets for customization and ongoing enhancements.
