SR. LOAN OFFICER

SR. LOAN OFFICER- RANCHO CUCAMONGA LOCATION

 

EARN $ 20K+ per MONTH

 

Rancho Cucamonga based mortgage broker is hiring exp. loan officers for its Haven Location.

 

Loan Officers represent Statewide Bancorp in the local community by developing relationships with, promoting products/services to and generating referral business from Realtors, Builders and other potential business partners. Selected individuals will also work with the Production Manager in identifying target accounts for active outside business

development efforts including participation in open houses and conventions. When appropriate, Loan Officers market the Statewide Partners Program to business partners as a means of increasing production opportunities.

 

Requirements:

 

Minimum 1 years experience originating residential loan applications.

 

  Currently generating a minimum of 3+ new purchase fundings per month, with proven 

  ability to generat a minimum of 5-8 fundings per month.

 

Relationships with the local Realtor/Builder community with demon-

  strted ability to interact effectively with these customers and other business partners.

 

  Knowledge of Encompass/Point loan software.

 

Thorough working knowledge of:

 

  Pre-qualification principals and practices.

 

  HELOCs/Fixed Seconds and ability to cross-sell.

 

  Conventional (comforning and non-conforming), with ability to price and originate all

   loan types.

 

  Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation and organizational skills.

 

  Ability to work flexible hours on a regular basis with mandatory avaliability on week-

  ends.

 

  Strong computer skills.
