The Sales Associate will assist a top producing Account Executive with specific sales support tasks in order to maximize the sale of mortgage loans. The successful candidate will prepare and deliver flyers and rate sheets to Realtors/Brokers and assist the Account Executive with presentations. Will follow up on and generate leads for the Account Executive, will quote rates, answer questions and explain mortgage loan programs to prospective customers. Will also assist in the development and execution of the Account Executive’s business plan. Will attend open houses, and other business development events. Will coordinate marketing efforts for the Account Executive. Will also, work closely with Loan Fulfillment closers/processors in closing mortgage loans and have experience with stacking a loan file. Will complete and submit mortgage loan application packets and other general clerical duties as assigned.




  Experience in residential lending preferred.

? Mortgage sales and/or loan processing experience preferred

? Functionality and operation of MS Word and Excel.

? Functionality and operation of MS Access and Powerpoint preferred.

? Customer service experience is required.

? Experience assisting top producing salesperson a plus.
