Sales Manager

We Require:

-As the owner and president, I am looking for a long term partner who brings the kind of energy I have so we may feed off each other in an attempt to gow an established company to new heights.

-3-5 years management experience and proven track record necessary

-Ability to manage a team of up to 20 loan officers and possess the skills necessary to screen and hire experienced loan officers.

-Strong communication skills

-Knowledge of all residential loan products (government loan knowledge not necessary)

-Ability to motivate loan officers to achieve minimum quotas with all leads provided by the company

-Desire for potential ownership in the future and to earn a minimum of $250,000
