The purpose of this position is to increase Capstone home sales by improving the Company?s sales process, managing each project?s sales team, and providing the highest level of customer service to our agents and buyers.

 

In this position, you will:Manage Capstone?s listing agents, sales centers, and sales teams through regular agent meetings and conference calls.  Develop and implement a sales strategy for each Capstone real estate project. Research and assist in the development of appropriate real estate products as Capstone enters new markets. Provide regular Sales Reports to the Executive Committee. Coordinate the development of a Capstone model home program (design, merchandising, agent showings, etc.). Review Capstone contracts and assist in the contract management process. Enhance Capstone?s image to our customers and within the real estate industry through customer service, quality assurance, and professional networking. 

 

Qualifications:Bachelor?s Degree 1-2 years experience managing employees, ideally sales staff or agents Superior customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

 

Real estate sales experience is highly desirable.
