Job Purpose:
Generate clients that are interested in buying and/or selling real estate; assist self -generated and company-generated clients in completing real estate transactions using GMAC Real Estate products and systems.
Duties:Generate Seller and Buyer Clients through personal networking, marketing, meeting and greeting customers.Service seller and buyer clients throughout the sales/purchase process using GMAC Real Estate products and systems.Track and catalogue customer contacts and activities that are done on behalf of customers and clients.Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
You will be serving as an independent contracter in this position.
Skills/Qualifications:
Understanding the Customer, Prospecting Skills, People Skills, Problem Solving, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Legal Compliance, Independence, Professionalism, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation. Meet or be able to meet state licensing requirements.
