In our short 4 years Castle Point Mortgage has done nothing but strive to be on top of the mortgage industry.  Not only have we grown our staff to nearly 300 in 3 different offices and produced over a billion in revenue, but we have done it while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer service.  We have expanded our services to 16 states, including CA, CT, FL, GA, MD, MA, MI, MN, NJ, NY, PA, VA, WA, DE, SC, and IL, with the intention of continuing our growth in years to come.

 

What we are looking for:

 

?  Motivated, aggressive, outgoing loan officers with roughly 6 months to a year of sales experience

?  Goal driven professionals looking for the opportunity to make $100,000+

?  Those with an open mind and positive outlook

?  A solid work ethic, attitude and desire, being able to time manage, and handle fast paced, high pressure environments

Rather than requiring industry experience we provide in-depth training and managerial support to give you the foundation needed to build your own success.  All leads are provided on a daily basis so you can expect no cold calling or telemarketing.  In addition, we work to maximize your commission by fully processing your loans in house with our dedicated processors, underwriters, title representatives, and more. 

 

Do not make the mistake, however, by thinking that we are all work and no play!  Because the position can be stressful and fast paced we make sure that our loan officers are rewarded generously.  Not only do we provide full benefits and a 401K, we also invite all qualifying loan officers to a twice a year presidents club trip to bask in your success.
